Weilan gum research

Welan gum is one of the most promising microbial polysaccharides developed by Kelco Company in the 1980s, following the recent development of Hashang gum and gellan gum.

So far, Kelco is the only producer and supplier of Welan gum in the world. At present, there are only a few foreign patents on its structure and applicability.
